Beam Suntory’s Asian Employee Impact Group (EIG), Harmony, hosted Professor Laura Huang of Harvard Business School for an educational talk discussing her personal experience and book Edge: Turning Adversity Into Advantage.

Laura highlighted various practical ways to flip stereotypes and obstacles in one's favor.

The event was hosted as part of an ongoing series to help deepen Beam Suntory employee cultural awareness and provide wide perspectives and contexts to navigate Asian culture. 

In addition to creating greater awareness, Beam Suntory's Harmony group also works to help- identify effective ways of positioning Beam Suntory brands to a growing consumer base.
