The European Investment Bank (EIB Group) is sponsoring One World Media's Women’s Solutions Reporting Award, with the long list rewarding stories of successful initiatives to address climate change, protect the environment, increase access to education and health care, and empower women.

Employer encouraging women's empowerment
Selected from a record-breaking 600 plus entries across 101 countries, One World Media announced the long lists in all its 15 awards categories. Journalists and filmmakers from around the world shared their greatest human stories of hope, courage, struggle and triumph. From Mongolia to Bhutan, Paraguay to the Solomon Islands, the quality and diversity of the entries this year was very impressive.
For the second year, the EIB Group is partnering with One World Media to celebrate the best underreported stories from around the world. One World Media is an NGO dedicated to supporting accurate and creative reporting of development issues that break through stereotypes, change the narrative and connect people across cultures.
The EIB Group is sponsoring the Women’s Solutions Reporting Award to celebrate excellence in media coverage of stories featuring solutions by and for women to the current challenges.
The final nominees are selected by One World Media’s expert jury panels, and the winners announced at the Awards ceremony.
