LinkedIn celebrates the LGBTQ+ community and champions a world where all professionals are welcome to be who they are - during Pride Month and year-round.
Shining a spotlight on LinkedIn employees
For Pride Month, LinkedIn shines a spotlight on Lilly Contino, Russ Finkelstein, Miller, Kat Fergerson, Dr. A.C. Fowlkes, Emil Wilbekin and Jezz Chung.
Follow along as they share their unique workplace stories, experiences, and perspectives that can spark conversation and action beyond the month of June.
Bringing awareness to the benefits of ERGs
LinkedIn’s LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG) Out@In is also working toward bringing awareness to the benefits of ERGs on LinkedIn's platform during Pride Month. With over 1,000 members worldwide Out@In creates a safe environment for LGBTQ+ employees to find support and community in the workplace.
LinkedIn understands that both allies and ERGs can play an important role in continuously creating an inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ professionals.

- Click View Profile.
- Click the Edit icon in the introduction section.
