With over 34 years of service with Honeywell, Semiconductor Portfolio Manager, Jennifer Welton was proud to be a part of the first generation of the Premise Epic Cockpit and now works on the next generation in the Honeywell Anthem™ Integrated Flight Deck.

“One of the reasons I've been here 34 years is that I really like the products we work on,” shares Jennifer.

A good workplace environment

“I've been able to work on flight controls. I've been able to work on the space station. I've been able to work on cockpit systems. I was part of the first generation of our Premise Epic cockpit, and now I'm working on our next Generation in the Anthem.

However, the main reason that Jennifer stays at Honeywell is because of the people. “I really like the people I work with, and I think it's a really good environment,” she shares.

In her new role almost everything Jennifer does makes her a Honeywell Futureshaper.

“I'm looking for new technologies, I'm looking for new innovative ways and technologies that we can bring to our products, to our customers to make the world a better place and give our customers what they desire,” concludes Jennifer.
