Revolutionary technological change
"I have grown hand-in-hand with the company since its foundation, and I'm very proud of it," shares Monica. "Since my beginnings in the company to this date, I believe that the most revolutionary change has been the technology. People are what has kept me here for 25 years."

"I am very excited about the future of Diageo," says Monica. "Everything we are doing now to achieve our 2030 ambition, working with communities, working on water issues, sustainability, diversity and inclusion is by communities and for communities."
