Entain aims to attract, engage and retain the best talent globally, bringing the best thinking to the business from inside and outside of the sector.

The company continuously works to create an inclusive environment that supports the wellbeing of its colleagues, while supporting them to grow and learn throughout their Entain career

Taking a moment to reflect on how to care for ourselves and each other, Entain marked World Mental Health Day with a global event, creating space for honest conversations about mental health and wellbeing.

Hosting a global wellbeing event

Hosting the event was Entain's own Darren Butler, Head of Retail Support and sponsor of MENtain, an internal wellbeing support group dedicated to men's mental health. Darren was joined by TEDx speaker and bestselling author, Ryan Hopkins.

The World Mental Health Day event saw Entainers across the globe unpack how to build a practical toolkit for managing digital distractions and tapped into the raw power of owning our personal stories.

"We all have mental health. It fluctuates, just like our physical health, and it’s central to how we show up, connect, and thrive at work. Your mind matters here. Join us," said Entain following the event.

Gaining positive feedback

The event garnered positive feedback from leading women at Entain, such as Group Senior Wellbeing Manager, Jessica Fitz-John.

"Thanks so much Ryan Hopkins! What a session, your energy and authenticity had everyone hooked, and it was fantastic to see Entainers so involved," commented Jessica on LinkedIn. "I love seeing Entain colleagues around the world raising awareness for World Mental Health Day. But what I love even more? How wellbeing is part of everyday life here, marking the day is tradition, living it is culture."

Entain's Group Head of Wellbeing, Stella Gavinho, added a further comment on LinkedIn saying: "Such a great session! Huge thanks to Ryan Hopkins for the inspiring insights, Darren Butler for being a brilliant host, and of course to the amazing Jessica Fitz-John and the Internal Communications team for making it all happen. Loved seeing everyone come together for such an engaging and thought-provoking conversation around mental health and wellbeing."
