Forbes has compiled a list of America’s Best Employers For New Graduates featuring prime employers like AECOM, Amazon, HCL, Honeywell, Medtronic, Northrop Grumman, and Oracle who have ranked on the list for their outstanding graduate opportunities. 

Surveying employers on important criteria

To develop the list, 20,000 Americans with less than 10 years’ professional experience working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees were surveyed.

The respondents were asked to rate their employers on a variety of criteria, including safety of work environment, competitiveness of compensation, opportunities for advancement, effectiveness of diversity and inclusion efforts and openness to telecommuting.

Respondents were then asked how likely they’d be to recommend their employer to others, and to nominate organizations in industries outside their own.

An impressive list of top employers 

The final list ranks the 250 employers that received the most recommendations.

Honeywell has ranked position 31; Northrop Grumman at number 136; Amazon at 174; HCL at 186; Medtronic at 200; HCL at 220; with Oracle closely following at position 221.
