Forbes cites Northrop Grumman CEO Kathy Warden's success

Northrop Grumman CEO & President, Kathy Warden, is named on the Forbes 2022 World's 100 Most Powerful Women list, ranking number 38.

An impressive career path

Kathy has served as CEO & President of Northrop Grumman Corporation since January 2019. In August 2019, she was elected chairman of the company's Board of Directors. She has been a member of the board of directors since 2018. 

Prior to joining Northrop Grumman in 2008, Kathy held leadership roles at General Dynamics and the Veridian Corporation. She was a director for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond from 2018 to 2020, and is a member of the Catalyst Board of Directors.
