Committed to supporting early career talent

Proudly sponsored by The INS Group, the Early Careers Champions Award recognises companies that demonstrate an outstanding commitment to the development and promotion of early careers talent through apprenticeships, T-levels, bootcamps, graduate schemes, or similar initiatives.
The judges assess applications based on a strong, structured approach to early careers development; exceptional support that enables learners to succeed; a positive culture of learning and career progression; measurable success and impact on both individuals and the organisation; and innovation and continuous improvements to early careers training.
"We are proud to announce the outstanding individuals, teams and organisations that were recognised at the 2025 ITP Telecoms Awards. Each winner embodies the creativity, innovation, and passion that are transforming digital connectivity. Together, they represent the diverse talent and vision that continue to drive telecoms forward," said the ITP.
