Susanne Hogan, Operational Effectiveness Manager at Colt Technology Services, has championed disability inclusion and allyship through her leadership in Colt's Disability Accessibility Network (DAN). 

Through her leadership of DAN, Susanne has launched initiatives like the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme, neurodiversity drop-ins, and Quiet Zones to create inclusive spaces and make inclusion a lived experience at Colt.

Susanne expanded the Carers Café globally and contributed to Colt’s DEI Accessibility Roadmap, shaping improvements in office accessibility and workplace adjustments. Susanne collaborates with other networks like Women+@Colt and Pride Matters, amplifying intersectionality and shared allyship. 

Susanne's advocacy ensures inclusion is a lived experience for every colleague, driving systemic change and fostering a culture of equity and belonging.
