Shaping the global digital infrastructure economy

The Tech Capital Women 100 celebrates women whose work is shaping the global digital infrastructure economy. The 2026 class brings together leaders from across data centres, cloud and AI infrastructure, investment and finance, energy, connectivity, technology, law, advisory and public policy.

From allocating capital and building new infrastructure platforms to advancing technology, leading organisations and influencing the policy environment around them, these women represent the breadth of leadership behind one of the world’s fastest-growing infrastructure markets. The Tech Capital Women 100 is designed not simply to recognise seniority, but to highlight the people making a material contribution to how the sector develops, scales and evolves.

The Tech Capital Women 100 is an editorial recognition and is not a ranking. The 2026 class was developed through a combination of industry nominations, recommendations and independent research carried out by The Tech Capital’s editorial team. Candidates were considered according to their current responsibilities, track record of leadership, contribution to the digital infrastructure sector and influence across areas including investment, finance, strategy, technology, operations, development, policy and advisory.
