84.51°'s Cara Pratt, Rachael Hadaway and Nina Lerner are all named among Progressive Grocer's Top Women in Grocery.

Community outreach is one of the main attributes by which candidates are evaluated for the list as well as career achievements. The honorees are set to be recognized at the Top Women in Grocery Gala and Celebration. 


Meet Cara Pratt

Cara Pratt 8451

Cara is Vice President of Customer Communications, Product Strategy & Innovation at 84.51°. She helps Kroger and consumer packaged goods companies deliver strategies while providing personalized communications to better customer experiences with brands and establish loyalty to Kroger.

Cara led the rollout of Kroger Precision Marketing (KPM), which harnesses best-in-class data and analytics from 84.51° that transforms customer data into personalized communication and experiences with CPG brands. 

Before joining 84.51°, Cara led retail client solutions for the Kroger partnership at IRI, and spent time at dunnhumby USA working across many different commercial leadership roles. 

Meet Rachael Hadaway

Rachael Hadaway 8451

Rachael is Senior Vice President of Products, Strategy, and Design at 84.51°.

Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Miami University and was a former Director and dunnhumby USA. She initially joined 84.51° as Vice President of Client Solutions.

Rachael discusses the importance of data science when it comes to technology and the role it plays in the ever-changing world around us in a recent podcast.

Meet Nina Lerner

Nina Lerner 8451

Nina is Director, Data Science at 84.51°. Nina advocates and demonstrates the power of using new technology to enable data science development more quickly.

Key to her work is developing best practice for using automated machine learning within production processes, establishing goodness-of-fit metrics for new customer segmentations, plus managing analysts.

Nina holds an MA in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences from Columbia University. Like Cara and Rachael, she spent time in a senior role at dunnhumby.
