Rebecca Barbier is the Deputy Director of Operations for the West Water Business Line. She has been with AECOM for 25+ years working with all business lines, although she has spent the majority of her career with Aviation. She is a working mother of two teenage boys who passionately supports veterans and public education in her free time.

Fueled by her passion to make a tangible positive impact on her community, Rebecca accessed her corporate network to create an unforgettable experience for local veterans through an all-expenses-paid trip to the World War II National Museum in New Orleans.

With the help of AECOM global head of Travel, Sandra Broughton, and also AECOM's West Region Executive, Travis Boone, Rebecca fundraised for the trip that included first class transportation, dinner at a locally famous restaurant, and excursions in town.

"I was blessed to have this trip supported by AECOM as well as my colleagues. My family was able to travel along with me and my sons who are 14 and 16 told me it was an experience they will never forget. We all sat at dinner shedding happy tears, watching these great men who’ve done so much for our country, just enjoying the experience," says Rebecca.
