Northrop Grumman earned the top score of 100 on the 2023 Disability Equality Index (DEI) ® for its forward-thinking disability inclusion practices.
A joint initiative of Disability:IN and AAPD, the DEI is a measurement tool to evaluate factors like community engagement, culture and leadership, enterprise-wide access and employment practices such as accommodations, advancement and retention.

This includes the Victory Over Impairment & Challenge Enterprise (VOICE) ERG which fosters an inclusive environment for persons with disabilities and employees that are caregivers to family members in need.
Additionally, Northrop Grumman has relationships with the Disability Student Offices on college campuses and provides Advanced Higher Education funding.
