What does the program involve?

The graduate journey with DXC Technology starts from day one. Participants will take part in a structured induction program where they will have the opportunity to meet other graduates from their cohort across Australia and New Zealand and undertake training to get them up to speed with the DXC environment and build your interpersonal skills.

Graduates will embark on a structured 12-month program with on-the-job training, access to a broad range of self-paced online courses to further develop their skills and knowledge in the areas that interests them, plus, opportunities to build their network and get hands-on experience on real projects with prestigious customers.

DXC Technology strives to provide a supportive environment for its graduates to ensure they maximise their full potential with their manager, buddy and the wider graduate community right by their side.

When does the program start?

The graduate program commences in February and runs for 12 months, with numerous opportunities to keep developing after the program ends.  

What happens after the graduate program ends?

When selected to join the program, graduates join as a permanent employee at an Associate level which means they'll continue on with DXC following completion of the program.

"I love the people. I always wanted a job in which I was constantly communicating and learning from others and that is exactly the role I have now! I also have a great manager and I think that makes the biggest impact,” comments Roslyn, Associate Professional Project Manager
