F5 interns balance work and play at a Seattle summer boot camp

 July 02, 2019

F5 welcomed over 100 interns to its Americas internship program. The interns joined the F5 team in Seattle for a three-day boot camp where they learned about F5, met many F5 leaders, and attended some fun team building events.

Balancing serious work with fun and sociable activities

All work and no play? Not for F5 interns! After a busy week of learning about F5's products and services, the interns headed out on a photo scavenger hunt which took them to downtown Seattle and Pike Street Market.

Working in collaboration with senior engineers and designers

Interns at F5 work in collaboration with senior engineers and designers who are eager to share knowledge as you contribute to the team.

Interns have the opportunity to dive into the life and culture of F5 while getting to know fellow interns. Bootcamp events include an executive team breakfast, lunch with the CEO or another executive team member, and an evening Argosy Cruise event. Interns also have the opportunity to hear from different speakers on a variety of interesting topics, network with peers and coworkers outside the office, receive feedback from managers, and get valuable support from a mentor and buddy.
