What does the programme offer?
Designed exclusively for NTU graduates, this 13-month paid graduate programme will have participants placed in a job role in one of NTU's professional services departments and offer them the opportunity to develop the skills they need for their future career.
The structure of the programme also comprises a variety of workshops and away days to help build graduates' professional skills.
"We take a collaborative approach in designing our workshops, combining our expert knowledge of talent development with the developmental needs of the graduates. We work to instil a sense of community within our graduate programme, providing you with a support network of like-minded young professionals," NTU states.
