British Science Week is a celebration of science, technology, engineering and maths marked by thousands of events and activities taking place in schools, communities, charities and business organizations - it is certainly apparent that encouraging a new generation of STEM ambassadors is important across the board.

Schneider Electric strongly believes in the importance of a diverse STEM workforce, and understand that to increase the representation of women in STEM roles, we need to inspire and engage a new generation of talent.

In this video, we meet Tanja Randery, CEO UK & Ireland at Schneider Electric and a great advocate for Diversity and Inclusion as she discusses how we can make the biggest impact in encouraging girls to take STEM subjects.
