F5 Networks has made an exciting announcement of its appointment of Marie E. Myers, CFO of UiPath, Inc., to its Board of Directors.

An exciting career in finance
Marie, 50, joins F5’s Board as Chief Financial Officer of UiPath, Inc., a robotic process automation company. Before her career at UiPath, Marie was Global Controller for HP, Inc., and before that held the role of HP’s Vice President of Finance for the Personal Systems Group, Americas. Marie also serves as President Emeritus of the Alliance for Gray Market and Counterfeit Abatement, a non-profit focused on IP protection in the information technology industry. Marie has a B.A. and B.S. in Economics from University of Queensland and an M.B.A. with a focus in Marketing and Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
Impressive recognition
Marie has been widely recognized for her financial leadership expertise and contributions as a female executive. She was honored as one of Houston Business Journal’s 2018 Women Who Mean Business, was named a 2017 HP Working Mother of the Year by Working Mother magazine, and was included on the 2016 “Top 20 Most Powerful Business Women in Texas” list. Marie has also been recognized by Women in Computing, named to the Top 40 Under 40 in Finance, and selected by the University of Queensland, Australia, as an Alumna of the Year.
A passion for diversity
Marie is a passionate advocate for diversity and education. She founded and is President Emeritus of Anti-Gray Market Alliance Board, and serves on the boards of the University of St. Thomas Advisory in Houston, the Girlstart Council for Houston, and the University of Queensland in America, Inc.
