Northrop Grumman is celebrating after making it onto DiversityInc's Top 50 Companies for Diversity list for the 10th year in a row.

Northrop Grumman tweeted: "For the 10th year in a row, DiversityInc rated us on its list of Top 50 Companies for Diversity. We thank each of our employees who helped make this possible."

“At Northrop Grumman, we remain steadfast in our commitment to embrace all dimensions of diversity and inclusion so this recognition is particularly meaningful,” said Kathy Warden, Northrop Grumman Chief Executive Officer and President. “It starts with the tone at the top – leaders at all levels are held accountable for understanding and demonstrating the core tenets of diversity and inclusion. And as the diversity of our teams has increased, so has our performance.”

Northrop Grumman is number one for veterans three years in a row

“We consistently strive to foster an open and trusting environment that values diversity, is truly inclusive and creates strong engagement for all members of the Northrop Grumman team,” says Sandra Evers-Manly, Northrop Grumman Vice President of Global Corporate Responsibility, and President of the Northrop Grumman Foundation. “We have a broad and global mindset which focuses on multiple dimensions of diversity to include gender, age, race, religion, sexual orientation, disability status, veteran status and other characteristics.”
