Honeywell CEO signs Catalyst pledge for women's progress

Prime employer Honeywell has made a commitment to helping forge equality by signing the Catalyst For Change pledge to continue to accelerate progress for women, including women of color, into senior leadership and board positions.

Diversity and inclusion drives business success 

In signing the pledge, Honeywell CEO Darius Adamczyk joins more than 60 high-profile CEOs who believe diversity and inclusion creates innovation and business success.  

Together, these organizations have publicly committed to advancing women's careers and sharing data regarding women’s advancement so that Catalyst can measure and report on progress.

Empowering women to thrive at Honeywell

Through its participation, Honeywell agress to to:

  • accelerate progress in the representation of women, including women of color, in executive/senior level positions
  • maintain (where strong) or accelerate representation of women, including women of color, on the Company’s Board of Directors (or equivalent)
  • strengthen the pipeline of women through an annual review of internal diagnostics and leverage leading practices to address any identified issues
  • benchmark and track inclusion and improve the culture of inclusion within my organization
  • share key representation metrics with Catalyst for benchmarking and for anonymized reporting of our collective aggregate progress

Furthermore, as Honeywell's CEO a personal commitment has been shared to:

  • actively sponsor women, including women of color
  • role model positive change internally and externally through his words and actions
  • drive and embed inclusivity as part of my organization’s culture, helping to empower women in their careers
  • visibly hold himself and the leaders in the organization accountable for progress
