Medtronic is named a Best Employer for New Graduates

 October 06, 2019

Medtronic is officially one of the best employers for young people in the United States. The company has been named on Forbes' list of America's Best Employers for New Graduates.

Medtronic posted their success on social media to celebrate the news. "Gen Z, we're here for you! We're proud to be named on the Forbes 2019 list of America's Best Employers for New Graduates. Based on a survey of 10,000+ young professionals, we were ranked on topics including development, reputation, working conditions, salary, and diversity. Interested in working with us? Bring the power of your point of view to help us alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life."

Making the cut in a competitive market

To compile the exclusive list, Forbes teamed up with market research company Statista to identify the companies most liked by new workforce entrants and to produce its annual ranking of America’s best employers for new graduates.

The list was compiled by surveying 10,000 Americans with less than 10 years of professional experience working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees.
