The company is lending its data science expertise to Strategies to End Homelessness, a Cincinnati agency that coordinates the efforts of social service agencies across the local area to combat homelessness.
The aim of this exercise is to help the agency to utilize the information it collects in order to reduce homelessness within the community.

Together we’re analyzing years of data to inform our plans for this year, and beyond," says Kevin Finn, president and CEO of Strategies to End Homelessness. "Ending homelessness is not impossible. Tackling the issues that cause homelessness will make it possible."
84.51° is helping Strategies to End Homelessness to decipher the information it collects in a systemic way. The partnership also helps inform how the agency designs its aftercare services, as well as its programs to stay connected with people after they find accomodation.
84.51°’s work with the agency is part of its Degrees of Giving program which allows employees to nominate charities for the company to support and to get involved in the efforts.
