Progressive employer Spirax Sarco, part of Spirax-Sarco Engineering, celebrated International Women's Day with a charitable 'wear something purple day' and filled a pledge wall with important promises about supporting its on-going commitment to equal opportunities.
The company also hosted a talk from Female Mindset and Manifestation Coach, Charlotte Mabbutt, on the power of mindset and the importance of challenging limiting beliefs.

The IWD events and activities were enjoyed by colleagues across the company, with senior executives and leaders sharing their support for IWD and the #EachforEqual campaign theme.
