Exyte employees working in Singapore decorated the workplace and made an #EachforEqual pledge wall.

Colleagues in other locations also gathered to take photos of themselves striking the #EachforEqual pose, and celebrated diversity and equality as organizational strengths of Exyte.

Inspirational words shared by Exyte CEO

Exyte CEO Dr. Wolfgang Buechele submitted an IWD Influencer Statement and published his statement as a LinkedIn article outlining the company's dedication to gender diversity.

"At Exyte, we promote equal opportunities and ensure that all employees are enabled to apply their talents and skills on a daily basis. We are committed to an inclusive organization where everyone is valued and respected, and can work in a safe culture that embraces diversity. We treat all our employees with respect and dignity, and foster the individual expertise of each and every one," wrote Dr. Buechele

"International Women’s Day is an important occasion, but for us every day is a nudge to ask ourselves how we empower our people - by respecting and appreciating what makes them different: in terms of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, and education. Exyte already has diverse and international teams, but I believe that we can still improve. We pledge our commitment to a more diverse and inclusive workplace for all, every day, thus nurturing an each for equal culture."
