HCL Technologies is celebrating women who have broken barriers in the workplace via a new season of #SheInspires that captures the life stories of women who have blazed a trail in the STEM fields in order to inspire further women into science, technology, engineering and mathematics careers.

HCL has curated an insightful series of #SheInspires videos featuring women leaders to help inspire the next generation of women trailblazers.


Navi Grewal on breaking workplace barriers

The first woman leader featured for the season is Navi Grewal, former Senior Director, IT, Church & Dwight Company. Navi talks about breaking barriers in the workplace in order to succeed.


Seema Kumar on using heart, science and ingenuity

Seema Kumar, a Vice President at Johnson & Johnson, talks about the importance of using your heart, science, and ingenuity to change the trajectory of human health,

"Technology, with a purpose is a noble pursuit," says Seema.


Nicole Vogrin on the importance of collaboration

Nicole Vogrin, Chief Corporate Affairs and Communications Officer at Western Union, shares Western Union’s strategy to collaborate and partner with service providers to address evolving customer needs.

"Better can come from anywhere - to succeed, companies have to be open to collaboration," she comments.
