The University of Sheffield has achieved a high ranking in the Complete University Guide for the year 2021.
The guide praises the University of Sheffield for its innovative academics, opportunities for students and alumni success, stating the following:
- academics are innovative in their teaching, making use of the latest technology to give students the best learning experience, inside and outside the classroom
- students will have the chance to work with students studying different subjects, as well as external organisations and local communities to make a difference
- Sheffield’s alumni achieve positions of responsibility and influence across the world – in fact six Nobel Prize winners are among its former staff and students
The university was also proud to announce that 12 of its subjects reached the top 10 in the UK.
"We're pleased to announce we've been ranked as 28th in the Complete University Guide 2021. 12 of our subjects have also been ranked in the top 10 in the UK," the University of Sheffield commented.
