Positivity is the secret to success
Megi was a proud recipient of the Talent of the Year award for Sales Leaders, after just one year on the job. She credits positivity as the secret to her success.
“I became an Avon Representative five years ago,” says Megi. “Meeting new people is the best part of my job. When you meet new people, you learn about different perspectives. Every person has a unique way of looking at the world. These personal relationships are priceless, and it gives me the strength and motivation to be more successful.”
The importance of family
Megi also works as an accountant in four different companies, but her heart is with her husband and young daughter.
“Spending time with my husband and my five year old daughter is the most important part of my day,” she explains.
Top five Sales Leaders in Georgia
She has taken on the challenge of being a Sales Leader with enthusiasm, being recognized as one of the top five Sales Leaders in the country.
“I was just starting my career as a Sales Leader and I had no idea how hard it could be,” remembers Megi. “My faith in success, my team and my family motivated me in difficult times and eventually led me to victory: I was in the top five and won a trip to Venice, Italy.”
Now she’s there, she is committed to staying at the top.
“I plan to stay in the top five," she adds.
Sharing career advice
Megi's advice to others is simple: stay positive.
“A positive attitude is the key to success – always believe in yourself,” she concludes. “Be open to new people, new successes.”
