F5 CEO optimistic about leaders challenging the status quo

"2020 has not been the year we all expected," writes President and CEO of F5 François Locoh-Donou 

F5 CEO has explored how, despite the growing number of COVID-19 cases, alongside the systemic racism exposed by the death of George Floyd and the loss of so many other Black lives, a very bleak picture about the state of the world has been painted. 

"However ... there are a growing number of leaders - women changemakers - who have challenged some of the very definitions that have held back not just a gender, but people of color and those in the LGBTQ+ community for generations. I find cause for optimism in these leaders, who by virtue of their achievements, are paving the way for others to shatter the status quo in categories that range from STEM, public policy, space and beyond," says the CEO.

Sharing headlines that celebrate these achievements,  the F5 CEO highlights a number of inspirational female leaders and entrepreneurs who have fought for an equal future for all.
