Capgemini UK 'Unapologetically Us' campaign supports employees

As part of Capgemini UK's 'Unapologetically Us' campaign, the company held a discussion panel focusing on perspectives of being a woman in the workplace and addressed a range of further diversity and inclusion aspects.

Mairi Holt, Capgemini Learning and Development Consultant (pictured above), hosted the company's Women in BTS event that saw an outstanding panel of speakers: Jessica Pybus, Precious Oduebo, Candida Tippins, Hayley Creighton and Executive Sponsor Carl Jones. The event was successful creating an uplifting and empowering energy - and was the group's first event addressing the 'Unapologetically Us' direction. 

A strong passion for diversity and inclusion

One of the panelists, Capgemini Test Analyst, Hayley Creighton, is a strong inclusion and diversity advocate with a broad focus on supporting LGBT+ inclusion and women in STEM, through to coaching young adults from deprived and working class backgrounds. She is motivated by people, powered by a desire to see change in the modern workplace. 

Promoting the event, Hayley described the event saying: "... some of the incredible women in BTS will come together to talk about what they are unapologetic about."
