As Senior Brand Manager, Helen leads her team with a creative vision while using data and tech to deliver growth.
During her time leading Talisker in Europe for Diageo, her team reimagined the 200-year-old malt whisky to connect with consumers through traditional channels such as TV, in addition to innovative collaborations with adventurers and conservationists.
Bored by her finance gig, Helen joined Diageo after she found herself inspired enough by a clip of its 90s ‘Surfer’ campaign to apply for the job at the Dublin brewer's parent firm.
Since then, she’s helped its brands embrace artificial intelligence to smash brand targets and sector benchmarks, using machine-learning to tighten creative and provide insights into campaign strategy.
