This follows previous recognition from Great Place to Work® as Best Workplaces for Diversity.

Great Place to Work® published statistics that underscore Schneider Electric's prestigious recognition.

Boasting high employee satisfaction, 85% of people at Schneider Electric said it is a great place to work compared to 59% at a typical U.S. based company.

Meanwhile, 91% of employees reported that they are given a lot of responsibility at Schneider Electric, while the same percentage said that when you join the company, you are made to feel welcome.

Schneider Electric leadership also scored highly: 89% of employees agreed that management is honest and ethical in its business practices.
