"I think that we're making history," adds Mei-Li, Mechanical Design Engineer at Northrop Grumman. "There's no other program that I've found at any other companies that I thought was going to make as big of an impact on society as this one."

"It doesn't matter if your background was an aerospace engineer, you can go work on undersea stuff. It doesn't matter if your background is engineering, you can go try out business, you can go try out marketing," explains Systems Engineer Stephanie. "Here at Northrop Grumman, we really believe in the person."
