Meet the women working in field sales

Lindsay Cardno [pictured above] is a Business Development Manager at Diageo. “Working in field sales is rewarding as I see customers loyalty to our brands first-hand and get to sell products I am passionate about," she says.

Her colleague, Emma Fletcher, is a Business Development Manager in field sales based in Sydney, Australia. "No one day is the same in field sales, which is why I love it so much," she explains. "Before I started my job search, I knew that I wanted to work for a company that would provide me with a really great foundation to my career."

"I knew nothing about sales when I started at Diageo, but I received a combination of on-the-job training and formal workshops as well and that has ensured that I feel really supported in my role. It's enabled me to succeed and I continue to succeed because of it," she adds.
