“We are thrilled about this latest recognition for mental wellness! This is particularly meaningful to receive for the second year in a row given these challenging times,” tweeted Medtronic in response to the news.

At the Brampton campus, where the majority of Canadian employees sit, there are foosball, shuffleboard and pool tables, as well as a basketball net for employees to socialize during lunch or breaks. Plus, everyday at 3pm, fresh popcorn is provided in the cafeteria.
