Pride month sees Capgemini celebrate its LGBT+ employees

June is Pride Month, a time to reflect on the meaning of Pride and why it matters. Capgemini's theme ‘Together in Pride’ highlights the bond between the LGBT+ community and their allies.

Capgemini strives to provide a space for education and awareness by supporting the professional growth of the LGBTQIA+ community through events, the availability of inclusive benefits and Employee Resource Groups.

Advocating for diversity initiatives within the LGBTQIA+ community

Capgemini’s Employee Resource Group, OUTfront, passionately advocates for diversity initiatives within the LGBTQIA+ community. The initiatives are designed to develop an internal culture of LGBTQIA+ inclusion and awareness through educational content in support of an open-minded working environment.

OUTfront also cultivates leadership opportunities in collaboration with Capgemini's Human Resource and Diversity & Inclusion teams to garner professional success of its LGBTQIA+ employees. Allies, friends, leaders and those who identify as LGBTQIA+ are welcome to join OUTfront and participate in the local office’s events.
