WSP in the UK has appointed Caroline Tong has Head of Discipline for Highways.

Caroline has worked in WSP since 2019 and previously held the role of Deputy HoD for Civil, Bridge & Ground. 

A successful career in transport

Over her career, Caroline has delivered major transport projects, worked on business development, and led teams in Europe. Additionally, she has a passion for mentoring and encouraging young people in their engineering careers, particularly through undertaking a wide variety of activities with both primary and secondary school children.
