WSP UK Environment Associate, Sarah Taylor, and Graduate Consultant for Intelligent Transport Services (ITS) Operations and Safety, Eabha Elliot, joined the Fit 4 Purpose podcast, where they spoke with the Rt Hon Justine Greening about the importance of designing infrastructure inclusively. 

Levelling up to bridge the gender data gap 

Sarah and Eabha spoke with Justine about the need to level up infrastructure design to bridge the gender data gap that caters to white man, often leaving women out of the picture. 

Discussing the need for creative solutions to address the lack of awareness about women's needs, Sarah and Eabha highlighted the importance of getting more women engineers into roles and encouraging further women into STEM career pathways.
