Shelly Sipes is AECOM's Global Digital Lead for Program Management. She enjoys an exciting career with AECOM, bringing significant digital experience to programs requiring innovative solutions for program management. 

Collaborative leadership

As a female thought leader for AECOM, Shelly views technology as an enabler to “help the people and processes get the outcomes they want."

Shelly focuses on the transformation of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry through technical innovation. Working collaboratively with AECOM's Global Digital and Program Management leadership, she helps drive creation and adoption of differentiating digital solutions.

An impressive career history

Having worked on a range of exciting projects, Shelly has extensive experience with technologies required to support construction of operationally intensive facilities, development of Program Management and technical implementation plans for high-profile clients such as the Air Force, Marine Corps, large utility companies and city government clients.

Shelly has also contributed her expertise to further notable entities and projects in the U.S., including Salt Lake City Department of Public Utilities, the New Parkland Hospital Campus in Dallas, Texas, and classified programs with the U.S. Air Force.

In her unique role at AECOM, Shelly brings both digital acumen and program management experience, collaborating across teams to design, develop, and implement innovative business intelligence tools and systems for major programs.
