Diageo celebrates and champions inclusion and diversity, which is why its Rainbow Network Employee Resource Group exists to ensure that the talents and contributions of all Diageo LGBTQIA+ employees are respected, valued and embraced. 

Natalie Turk is a Senior Innovation Manager who has felt the support of Diageo's Rainbow Network.

"The people are passionate, ambitious, and have a love for life that translates into our work," says Natalie.

Driving inclusivity of diverse talent and thinking 

Diageo's Rainbow Network has been "transformative" in helping Natalie bring her most authentic self to work every day. 

"I am able to closely collaborate with colleagues to help find ways to continue to drive the inclusivity of diverse talent and thinking," she explains.

"This is something Diageo really values in order to help create a safe space for all employees to feel like they can truly be themselves."
