Championing the role of women in construction and engineering

Construction News & New Civil Engineer are joining forces to champion the role of women in construction and engineering across a programme of activity.

Building on the previous New Civil Engineer Recognising Women in Engineering Awards and Construction News' Inspiring Women in Construction, the two publications are now working together to provide networking opportunities and learning resources to help women progress their careers and celebrate organisations that are great places to work.

Recognising exceptional women in engineering

Women engineers

With seven categories, Construction News & New Civil Engineer will recognise the women and teams who stand out as exceptional. The categories are designed to showcase both individual and organisation wide initiatives.

The awards are open to entries from individuals and teams, or nominations from those who wish to highlight projects or initiatives that have helped contribute to making a construction or engineering firm a great place to work.
