Capgemini has a very supportive and welcoming environment, and has received many positive reviews from further people who have participated in a placement of som form with the company. Here's what some have said:

"Very fast paced and I feel like I have learned a lot...It was a great insight into consultancy and what it's like to work at Capgemini. I met the wonderful Capgemini employees who were our tutors...We helped a real client to solve the problems that they were facing. Overall an amazing experience."

"I worked in a team of university students to aid a musical theatre charity, in their plans to increase their engagement and audience throughout a younger demographic. We worked closely with their representative to work out the challenges they faced and developed a plan and deliverables to hand over to them to aid their development."

"We were split into groups and matched with a charity, who gave us a problem brief before the week started. Throughout the week, we had to work in team to come up with business solutions and deliverables that matched the charity brief. This included conducting market research, regular meetings with our charity partners, and mentoring form Capgemini."

"I enjoyed working with a team of five individuals to provide solutions for an amateur musical theatre charity. My work included liaising with local schools, colleges, and universities to establish sustainable partnerships as well as presenting the team's solutions to a panel of Capgemini professionals including a Corporate Vice President. Understanding client needs and delivering tangible solutions was an amazing experience."

"It was intense but good. Everyone was very supportive and helpful, and I felt that I gained confidence and independence as well as an insight into working at Capgemini and the opportunity to well as have one-to-one conversations to current employees about their roles and roles in previous jobs. Overall, it was a very valuable and unique experience to learn and help a local charity."

"Management Consultancy at Capgemini involves a range of things - namely consulting with clients to gather their technical requirements, and then matching these requirements to Capgemini's internal capabilities. Over the summer at Capgemini, I was involved in drafting proposal for clients; liasing with my line manager to establish what Capgemini are capable of providing, and then acting as the intermediary between clients and the different teams within Capgemini to provide a top quality solution for clients."

"I really enjoyed the insight event. I got the chance to meet the female graduates working at Capgemini. They shared what it is like working at Capgemini and what the working culture at Capgemini is like. I enjoy the networking with the graduates where I had the opportunity to ask them questions and also be inspired."
