To mark Hispanic Heritage Month, WTW is honoring its Hispanic employees and finding out what the focus means to them.

Celebrating the richness of the Hispanic culture and ancestors

"Hispanic Heritage Month celebrates the richness of our culture and ancestors while providing a platform to raise the voice of Hispanic and Latinx communities. If there are any local events near you, I encourage you all to go and learn more!" explains Olga Gonzalez, MS, Lead Associate, Health, Equity and Wellbeing.

Enterprise-wide inclusion and diversity priorities

WTW's enterprise-wide inclusion and diversity (I&D) priorities are:

  • build a robust pipeline for underrepresented talent
  • meaningfully increase the level of overall diversity – including the number of women – in leadership
  • promote an inclusive culture, one that respects each other's differences and celebrates what's unique about each other

WTW's commitment extends beyond words and is put into practice throughout the organization every day.

The global I&D calendar provides a consistent framework for WTW to mark various events across the cultural spectrum that celebrate the diversity of the company and the broader society in which it operates.

Embrace your culture in a role with WTW

WTW knows that I&D has a direct impact on people's ability to grow and excel.

The company is committed to creating an inclusive work environment where everyone is heard, respected and valued for who they are.
