LinkedIn supported the UK's National Inclusion Week 2022.
"Join us in celebrating the 10th anniversary of National Inclusion Week! This year's theme, 'Time to Act: The Power is Now', emphasizes the need for us all to step up and be advocates for inclusion, both in the workplace and in our daily lives," said LinkedIn.
"That's why we strive to ensure all our employees feel a sense of belonging here at LinkedIn. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), are one of the many ways we hope to foster inclusion, and they play a vital part in connecting our LinkedIn community."
LinkedIn's ten employee resource groups connect over 5,000 LinkedIn teammates across the globe. They build and strengthen communities of ERG members and allies, and develop the next generation of LinkedIn leaders.
LinkedIn's ERGs provide community spaces of inclusion and belonging. Whether employees identify as a community member or an ally, there are many ways to get involved, learn about, and support the incredibly diverse cultures and communities found across the company.
