Schneider Electric speaks about Diversity & Inclusion

Schneider Electric was invited to guest speak at the annual In-House Recruitment Conference in London which welcomed talent acquisition and HR leaders all with common interest in learning and developing their recruitment skills, knowledge and strategies.

Francesca Stone, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Global Talent Acquisition & Mobility for UK & Ireland and Kristen Baker, Internal Diversity & Inclusion Lead, focused on ‘Driving Diversity & Inclusion in the Workforce’ followed by a roundtable discussion.

With diversity and inclusion high on Schneider Electric's agenda, the company has long recognised that embracing diversity unlocks innovation and creativity and fosters collaboration. Schneider Electric want their employees to reflect the diversity of their communities and the customers they serve and as a result, believe that its teams will be stronger to drive the company's future.

At the event, Fran and Kristen discussed the Diversity and Inclusion strategy at Schneider Electric, including internal and external initiatives, and proposed the company's vision for 2020.
