WTW understands that flexibility is an essential component of work to attract, retain, and engage employees.

Impressive female leaders with WTW

Here WTW Global Chief Compliance Officer, Tracey Gilliam, shares what she enjoys most about working for WTW including the company's flexible working options, and collaborating with WTW's inspirational female leaders.

Tracey explains that WTW recruits sees impressive female leaders across regions, roles, and lines of business, and at the board level, and comments: It's something I haven't seen at other companies, and I just find it to be really impressive and inspiring."

Tracey is a remote worker from her home in Vermont, United States. She enjoys traveling to see members of her WTW team in London, New York, and further locations."For future candidates I would recommend that even if you're going to be remote, please take every opportunity that you can to get into the office and meet your colleagues, because personal interaction is really important," comments Tracey.

Tracey's remote work style enables her to start her day early, allowing her to communicate effectively with colleagues in London and across the globe.

"It also allows me some time at the end of the day to have dinner with my family, to go hiking with my dogs, or just to have a little bit of time to myself at the end of the day," she says.
