Some highlights of Northrop Grumman's diversity and inclusion accomplishments include: 

  • In 2022 Kenny Robinson was named Chief Diversity Officer, reporting directly to the CEO. Kenny also leads the company's global corporate responsibility organization. In this role, Kenny continues to advance diversity, equity and inclusion strategy, programs and impact within the company and beyond.
  • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) continue to play a critical role in helping us build a sense of belonging. The ERGs, consisting of over 28,000 employees, provide active forums for important conversations to help build empathy and respect as the company makes progress as one team to embrace unity.
  • The required Diversity, Equity & Inclusion training – Embracing the Global Power of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging launched in 2021, is required for all employees, and is assigned to new employees when they join Northrop Grumman.
  • Success is demonstrated by impressively high scores around inclusion on the Employee Survey. Ninety-five per cent (95%) of all employees agree or strongly agree that they are treated with respect which reinforces our efforts.
