AECOM is a sustainability-focused employer, and employs many women who are passionate about the environment.

AECOM Global ESG Training & Development Lead, Lucy Bradbury, took part in an AECOM webinar entitled Tackling the Sustainability Skills Gap to achieve Ambitious Goals.

"With three in five employees needing new skills to address the sustainability skills gap by 2027, the time to accelerate Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) training across organizations is now," said AECOM.

During the weboinar, Lucy Bradbury discussed AECOM's own ESG journey and focus, covering aspects such as:

  • AECOM's journey: Overview of where AECOM is and what it has learnt along the way
  • The approach: How AECOM is sharing its learnings with others to upskill the wider infrastructure industry
  • What’s next: What AECOM can offer to upskill and achieve ambitious sustainability goals

Lucy specializes in developing and delivering ESG training, implementing future-looking upskilling programs to tackle the green skills shortage and enable teams to deliver sustainable legacies in everything they do. Throughout her career, Lucy has worked on projects in both environmental health & safety (EHS) and also environmental & social sustainability, winning multiple awards for her inclusive leadership.

Lucy’s experience in engaging stakeholders at all levels combined with her background in ESG enables her to deliver effective, engaging programs to help organizations work towards an equitable, low carbon future.
