John Deere employees are always up for a challenge, both within and outside of work.
One exciting challenge saw colleagues walk, jog and run for a good cause as they completed the Peak District Ultra Challenge in the UK.
Taking on an impressive fitness challenge

The challenge took the 41-strong John Deere team on a loop through the outstanding natural beauty of the Derbyshire Dales, set within the rugged landscape of the UK's Peak District National Park.
The team from John Deere Limited in Langar in the UK, ran 1,400 miles, exceeding the 1,000-miles requirement of the Peak District Ultra Challenge.
Raising money for a worthwhile cause

Even better, the event saw 380 supporters raised over £12,500 for Cancer Research UK, the world's largest independent cancer research organization.
“It wasn’t easy, but the team was spurred on by the cause. Everybody’s delighted to have completed the distance and raised a huge amount of money for a thoroughly worthwhile charity," said John Deere Division Sales Manager of Golf & Turf, Chris Meacock.
