Each year Beam Suntory marks National Hispanic Heritage Month.

Annually, Americans observe National Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15 by celebrating the histories, cultures and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America.

To mark the occasion, Beam Suntory has highlighted members of SALUD, the company's Hispanic and Latinx Employee Impact Group committed to building cultural awareness, education and allyship across its teams.⁣

Beam Suntory's Senior Sensory Scientist, Adriana Lezama, said: "One of my favorite things in Costa Rica is the Mascaradas - gatherings where people wear large masks that represent popular characters and dance along to traditional Costa Rican bands called cimarronas. Together, they create a fun atmosphere for lots of dancing and celebrating."

Beam Suntory celebrates all heritages

Working for a company that celebrates the background of each and every employee for their individualism can make for a very empowering career choice.
